First, the article looks at the relevance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for engaging employees, including its impact on their motivation and engagement. The aim of this exploratory case, studybased research, is to prove that there is correlation between CSR and employee engagement in selected company. The aim of the second questionnaire is to determine the level of public awareness of the CSR concept generally and to rate the corporate social responsible attitude of companies operating in the Czech Republic.
